Date of Event : Mon Mar 5, 2018 11:36AM

To the Grange Cricket Club Family- Players, supporters & members, the last two weeks has been one of the saddest times in our club history. Barry Seymour Fry (O.A.M), Gold Life Member, Life Member and our Clubs Patriarch sadly passed away a fortnight ago (Feb 17 ) at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Barry is survived by his wife May Edith Fry and children Kevin, Malcolm, Sharon, Des, Michael, and their respective extended families. A veteran of 365 games for the Grange Cricket Club and 100+ games for the West Torrens Cricket Club; Barry’s unrivaled and substantial contribution to cricket on and off the field whether as a player or administrator of the game, ensures that Barry will not be forgotten, be sorely missed, and cements his standing as not only a legend of our club, but also a significant contributor to the development of community cricket in South Australia. On behalf of the Grange Executive Committee and all players past and present- our thoughts and condolences are extended to May and her family at this sad time in their lives.
